Union Street Autos was formed 21 years ago when a need for somebody specialising in light commercial and diesel repairs was identified in the Luton area.
We quickly realised that whilst we were quite capable of carrying out general sevicing and repairs, we were relying on other specialists to overhaul and diagnose Fuel Injection Pump and Injector systems faults. So around 15 years ago we deciced to make some major investments in training and equipment and became Bosch Diesel Agents with our own pump room and trained staff. This transition did not take place easily but with the help or Robert Bosch Ltd and their excellent technical team we have progressed into being the recognised Disel Specialists in the area.

During this development we have seen the diesel market grow and develop into the high tech electonically controlled vehicles we see today.
The ability to service and diagnose faults on these new generation vehicles has fallen to the few companies who have invested both in equipment and training. We are pleased to say that UNION STREET AUTOS has and are continuing to invest in the latest Bosch Test Equipment and are looking to the future with more confidence than some other organisations in our industry.
We find that most of the dealerships in the area use UNION STREET AUTOS for their diagnostic and pump repairs.
Our workshops also carry out service contract work for many leading companies running diesel fleets as well as private individuals keen to get the best performance from their diesel cars.

New Diagnostic Tool |

Union Street Autos has recently purchased the latest Bosch diagnostic laptop equipment (KTS 650). This enables the interrogation of all common Bosch diesel systems and takes the guess work out of diagnosis.
Having the latest equipement however is only part of the equation. Union Steet Autos have also invested in the technical training of our staff so that the majoroty of customers' problems can be solved quickly and cost effectively. |
